I'm experiencing crashes, what should I do?
Album App takes a lot of memory. This can cause problems while making big albums. You should make sure that you are not running a lot of apps in the background. A simple reboot will empty all memory and give you enough to create a lot of content without crashes.
You can e-mail the albums to yourself and print them at home. For now Album App does not feature a in-app print service. Why don't I see the Themes that I bought?
After purchasing the themes you need to press the "DOWNLOAD" button that will appear after you bought the in-app. This should take about 1 minute or less on WIFI. I can't email albums?
Creating a e-mail with 10/20 or even more renders takes a lot of memory, make sure you have enough memory free! The iPad 1 will have the most problems with this since it only has 256MB memory. Also you should make sure your e-mail client supports sending mails with a lot of data. I don't see my pages on Facebook, now what?
Facebook has a lot of safety measures, so you need to complete a few steps in orders to get you pages on your profile. You can read this on the Tips & Tricks page under VIEW OPTIONS. Will there be more content in the future?
YES, we will develop more themes and options to create your albums. We will make these available as downloads and updates. Keep checking the RSS feed for the latest about Album App.
There is no theme for the upcoming holiday which I do need, what now?
Again keep looking at the RSS feed, we will create themes that you can use after holidays like Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, etc. Also keep voting for new features and themes!

Why is there a limit to the albums I can create?
The iPad has a limited amount of memory. If we add more albums it will crash so we made the choice to put a limit to the amount of albums.
How can I delete pages?
Due to development time we will add this option and more features to the next update! For now, we suggest you to use a fullphoto as background.
I can't see the RSS feed
The feed refreshes every time you start the App. When there is no internet connection it will not be able to show the feed. The data amount of the feed is small so you can easily get it with a 3G connection.
My pictures have a lot of different resolutions, is this a problem?
No, we support a lot all resolutions when you add a picture. We also offer you standard layouts with all kinds of resolutions.
Why is the store page empty?
Again this is because there is no internet connection available. The store has a feature to be updated 24/7, but needs internet to do so. Get to a WIFI spot or start your 3G connection to see the content.
I want to export my album to another iPad, can i do this?
Not yet, this is one of the many features we really want to add when we see that people are using our app to create there albums.
